Ngaio Chalmers is a registered Architect with diverse cross sector experience across retail, mixed use, town centre, multi-residential, education and community projects. She has developed a key focus on the community infrastructure sector, applying her cross sector knowledge and collaborative approach to work with multiple stakeholders to guide the development of a successful visioning, design and delivery process. Well regarded for her specialist skills in communication, planning and analysis, Ngaio typically undertakes the role of project architect, working collaboratively with the project stakeholders from project inception to delivery.
Currently a key member on both the Hepburn Shire Council Hepburn and Trentham Hub projects, Ngaio has been responsible for producing many of the reports and presentations, using her proven capability in analysis to
review existing social, cultural and physical conditions. Ngaio also contributes a high level of capability in planning and co-ordination.
