We offer Australian libraries and schools a 20% discount off full price books for online orders. To set up an account, please contact us at info@creatingvibrantcommunities.com
Orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. This means your book will be packaged and sent out in the post within 1-2 business days of your online order being placed; delivery times will vary depending on the location the package is being sent to (it will typically take 2-5 days to reach most locations within Australia.)
If not in-stock your book will be shipped once it arrives from our supplier. We will advise you of the delivery time.
We will make every effort practical to ensure that delivery time-frames provided are accurate. However the delivery times stated assumes that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events.
Once items are lodged with Australia Post CVC cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages but will endeavour to track orders where possible. If delays are experienced please check in with your local Australia Post office and if your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks please contact us.
