Cloverton is Victoria’s largest masterplan community. It will be home to over 30,000 residents and a new CBD to Melbourne’s north. It will provide regional scale facilities in health, sport, education, arts and business, and will be a true transit-oriented development given its strategic location along an existing train line.
Following several workshops with developer Stockland, and in line with the project vision, ClarkeHopkinsClarke and RobertsDay prepared this concept masterplan to help guide the next steps of this major project.
This image (and accompanying report) captured several months of work with a broad range of stakeholders. The high level nature of the concept masterplan serves the purpose of being an informative diagram and an initial stepping stone to start to deliver the more detailed masterplan in the Realise Phase of the Tribus process.
